Toan Vu Tech is a solo-founder studio based in Hanoi. We design, build and operate full-stack business software end to end, from database to mobile app to deployment. Our focus is AI integration: using LLMs such as Claude to make operational software easier to query and act on.

Warehouse AI Assistant

Problem: small and mid-size warehouses in Vietnam run on spreadsheets and rigid reports. Managers must export data and build pivots by hand just to answer simple questions such as "which SKUs are close to expiry?" or "why did stock drop this week?".

Solution: a natural-language assistant on top of a warehouse management database. Staff ask questions in Vietnamese or English; Claude turns them into safe, read-only queries and returns summaries, alerts and report drafts.

Why Claude: strong multilingual understanding, reliable structured output for query generation, and long-context summarization of operational reports.

Vinh Giang WMS

A full-stack Warehouse Management System designed, built and handed over to Vinh Giang warehouse operations. It covers inventory, goods receipt and issue documents, role-based access, QR scanning, dashboards, notifications and a mobile companion app. It is the real-world foundation and data model for our AI assistant.
